Terms of Service
These terms are a practical launch draft and should be reviewed by a qualified Singapore lawyer before public release.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to agree to these terms, and use a supported verified university email. You must provide accurate information and maintain only one personal account.
The service
Pursonia provides introductions based on submitted preferences and available participants. A match is not a guarantee of compatibility, a reply, a date or a relationship. Batch availability may vary.
Payments
Paid match entries are processed as in-app purchases by Apple or Google. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are governed by the applicable store’s terms, except where law requires otherwise. If Pursonia accepts a paid entry but cannot provide an eligible match, the service may provide a future entry credit.
Acceptable conduct
You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, scam or exploit another person; share unlawful or sexually explicit material; solicit money; use automated access; or attempt to bypass safety, payment or matching controls.
Safety
You are responsible for your interactions and decisions to meet another member. Meet in public, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transport and never transfer money to a match. Use the in-app report and block controls when needed. Contact emergency services where there is immediate danger.
Moderation and termination
Pursonia may investigate reports, restrict messaging, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests where reasonably necessary to protect members or the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or produce a particular relationship outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
